Hi
Most of the designs were used for many ( 100s) of years on Wedgwood Jasper and so design alone is not helpful for dating them.
There are a few designs which have drifted in and out of fashion or were just used to commemorate specific events. Sorry but I am not expert enough to tell more

We have 10 pieces of pink jasperware, including a very very small heart shaped, lidded box(about 1" long). Is the pink Wedgwood rarer than the other colours ?

Correction to my item above

Where I said one of the markings was "Wedgewood"... To correct myself, it reads "Wedgwood". I was typing fast and did not think.

Hi,
We picked up two pieces and I'm trying to learn about them. Both are Wedgwood powder blue jasperware.
I have found one is a "Large Scalloped Candy Box"
The other is a bowl(I've mostly looked for dates using the box)
Both have the separate markings of: "Made In
      "Wedgewood" and England"

So I would say, from what I can find, that these were made before 1970 but after 1908.

Beyond that:
The Bowl has two individual characters stamped: "8" and "W" (Or "M", but if a "W" the right lower point is styalized in that it drops to a lower point.
The Candy Dish has, an "EG" stamp and two individual characters stamped: "8" and "6". There "seems" to be something that was meant to be a mark next to the "6", but is unreadable.

Can you help me?
