Many of the best English porcelain manufacturers made floral brooches out of porcelain – these are intricate and delicate handcrafted pieces in pretty colours and actuate flower shapes. In the past I have seen examples by Royal Doulton, Crown Staffordshire, Coalport, Aynsley and lesser known companies such as Adderley and Denton. These English porcelain flower Brooches are not yet widely collected in the UK and so are still reasonably prices – perhaps one collectable to seek out for the future?

The post about the Royal Crown Derby brooches is a few weeks old and so the brooches on eBay had sold and gone to their new homes. With these brooches condition and colour are very important. The pale ones being less desirable than bright, vibrant colours. Perfect a large one will fetch about £24 on eBay.

It can be frustrating using shopping sites like eBay to try and sift through information when so many people try to get their items shown (spam) when looking for a particular item.
