Hi Cathy,

Firstly if it has a closed mount please do not imerse it in water. I think I would try a tiny touch of cream kiten cleaner on a cotton wool bud but ensure you touch the ceramic part only. Use a clean damp cloth to wipe it off. The ceramic can take the kitchen cleaner but the metal mount may be damaged by it so be very very careful

Thanks for the information.

I recently bought a closed mount silver jasper wedgwood necklace, there is a tiny yellow stain on the white part, may I ask you, any way I could clean it off?
