AntiquesAvenue blog was getting over run by vintage jewellery articles so I’ve opened a new blog dedicated to vintage and antique Jewellery to leave more room here for talk about antiques and the antiques trade. The new blog is www.vintage-jewellery.info and I will be updating it regularly .

The new antiques forum at antiquesavenue is starting to get a bit of interest – have you seen it yet? New in Stock

Fresh stock of vintage jewellery this week includes an excellent selection of vintage gold charms – these are much better quality than the equivalent new ones today and usually have a heavier gold weight. I also have more to add over the next few days including gold spinner charms, more gold cat charms and some nice gold ring charms

Now I have largely freed AntiquesAvenue blog from vintage jewellery, I am going to start a new series antiques A-Z.  The aim is a blog post a day – lets see if I actually manage this post rate. A is for Auctions, B is for Bakelite, C is for cups, D is for Denby – there is just soooo much to do. (Anyone want to help?)
